This is my therapy (literally)

Post by Ashellfishdistiller »

Well, hi, my name is Shellfish, and I'm an...

Wait, wrong crowd. Yes, I signed up to try to learn some things and thank you all for providing such a forum. I have amateur and a (very short, long ago) bit of pro-am brewing experience (worked at a brew-your-own) and am using the hobby of learning new skills that I've wanted to learn for decades as part of regaining physical mobility and general health after a long term period of hospitalization and redress.

I'm a big fan of 15th century skills and learning them, and running small distillation seems easy. As I am not physically capable of dealing with open elements I'm working off a tiny air still pro, waiting for a continuous auto, and generally learning about accessibility in stillwork.

I've got a lot of experience with herbs, extracts, and other ways of making flavor and can't wait to start into aging, making botanical infusions, etc. from materials I personally made.

Thank you for your time.

Shared Pain is Lessened, Shared Joy Increased, and So We Refute Entropy,
