Hi guys Bravo525 here.

I’ve been a home, hobby beer brewer for quite some time now. Also making ciders and kombucha with ingredients from my own fruit trees. What brought me here was an interest in crafting my own, authentic schnapps and brandies. I’ve always dived in head first on the learning side of things before going hands on. And this forum seems like the perfect place to start.
