Hey folks,
I’m curious if anyone here has experience making brandy using fruit purée from bags (like aseptic fruit purées) instead of sourcing and prepping all the fresh fruit yourself.
For example, something like this:

I’m thinking about trying this for a peach brandy project and am curious if anyone else has been down this road.
