I joined this forum back in 17 ran a pot still. Life got in the way and got away from the hobby. I now built a compound still. An all grain vodka came out great, according to my friends (I am a bourbon sipper myself) I appreciate all the knowledge that is shared on this site. I will have to put the heat on for two days just to run the next mash. -9 deg now
