I wanted to use a flow meter to control the reflux portion of my column.
Question is, what size flow meter to get? .1g-1g per minute? .2g-2g ? larger?
Water supply is 200g rainwater barrel
15G keg boiler, electric elements @ 5500w 240v for warm up, (2) 1500w 120v on controllers for spirit run
Column is 48" packed stainless
Reflux is an 18" 8 tube shotgun
