Hi everyone,
I've recently been distilling neutral spirit again and having fun with various recipes (gin, rum, Sambuca, etc) so thought I'd have a search online to see what others have been getting up to, and found this forum and I see many of you have been very busy indeed!
I use a clean (foodstuff only) lab glass setup since that is what I'm used to, but have never owned a copper still since I don't make particularly large quantities, no more than a few litres of neutral spirit at a time. Even then, historically that's been once in a blue moon.
However, recent experimenting has sparked a new interest and I can see a lot more distilling happening in the not so distant future.
