Good evening

Post by PeachHoneyjack »

Name's Peach. I'm Canadian, in my mid-20s. I got into distilling through a couple years of home winemaking and a series of strange events, and since then i've become quite passionate about it. It helps to have a fallback option for oxidized wines and meads. otherwise im a musician in the field of horticulture.

In my 5 years of fermenting I've probably made close to 500 gallons of wine. Most of it has been from plums and peaches as I live in orchard country, but ive had a lot of luck with berries recently. I don't have much interest in grapes. I have no practical experience with grains but I have some theoretical sense of what I'm doing. I hope to learn more and maybe bring some interesting stuff to the table one day.
