New ‘returning’ member - Melbourne

Hi All,

Long time lurker and previous member. Now have a modular keg pot up & running, with a column under construction.

First 3 stripping run of Rum are done. Low wines smell and taste good so far.

Dunder bucket is full. One more batch to strip. Need to clean some jars for the spirit run.
