So I got two stills.. a vevor 3.5g one and a air still.. I have a 5 gallon rum mash that is currently fermenting.. (Slow as hell because its cold where i live)
and i got curious.. so i bought a liter of Sake from the store and put it in my air still.. i was paranoid so i dumped 50ml head from the liter of soju.. it came out as 120 proof for a 12% store bought sake.. and still.. it hit me.. a first sip of the heart just was like wow.. better than the store.
