Well, I hope everyone is well and kicking! I see a few folks no longer with us as well...
Ive been busy moving and working and life... the usual (if anyone was wondering)Anyhow... I was looking to make some anisette... I never remembered seeing a recipe here before, and I went digging again, only to find not very much. I do have a rough recipe, but I was wondering a few things:
- a real recipe if anyone has one
- maceration vs vapor infusion
My plan right now (since the big still is down on account of the most recent move) was to do a maceration with some GNS I have left over. Give it a few weeks, and then maybe run it on a small pot still that I might be able to get going.
I am interested in vapor as well, and I am considering picking up a Carter head with a gin basket to see how it goes.
Anything anyone has would be helpful. Always appreciated and hope you all are well.
