I discovered this great resource while researching distillation equipment. I wish to learn more about building different types of stills and this site appears to have a concentrated wealth of knowledge concerning this topic. The creation of brandies will be my primary focus once I have built my own still, but there is much reading
to be done before this occurs. Currently, I have rudimentary knowledge of the distillation process but I know that will change in time with the assistance of this site. Love the Wiki!
