Laughingbones here. We are a brewery in the smaller country down under, New Zealand where home distilling is legal. We are toying with distilling to understand the feasibility of expanding our portfolio. For now it is more or less a hobby of discovery. I am sure there is help aplenty for us in this forum. I look forward to the learning experience.
