Hi everyone, my name is Troy and after years of talking about doing it, I finally bought myself a still about 4 months ago. I've only put a couple of washes through it so far, a sugar wash and a bran/tomato paste recipe just to get a feel of how it all works and build my confidence with using it. Both turned out fine but i'm here because I know it could be done so much better. I don't want to limit myself to just vodka or rum either and where better to pick up some pointers and ideas
