I've been learning/lurking for about 4 years. I have an 8 gallon packed column still, easily converted to a pot still. I've used this mostly for making neutral to use with Odin's easy gin, that I do with a 1 gallon Vevor water distiller with a power controller.

I'd like to move into making some tequila and perhaps some brandies. Having fun and learning a lot, thanks to all your accumulated knowledge!
