Hello and Bonjour from..... well you may have guessed

First of all thanks' for having me .
It was time to join here after much learning from many sources !!! I mean lot's of learning lol.
I'm in the South of France but Am British , life just seems better here , nice living and nice people.
We dont really have a Community here or of course it is hidden for obvious reasons though we do
have a history of Eau de Vie (Water of Life) that goes back many generations but is unfortunately doomed to dissapear due
to laws changing and forbidding the passing on of rights to distill ? Why ?
Anyway i have a still on the way , of course a Vevor with thumper , i figured best to keep the budget down to start and at worse if i get a better still
well for the price of the vevor the 50 liter pot would cost me more on its own and will serve me well.
We have fruit and all sorts of wonderful things in my region , we are also a huge wine region so raw material is so easy to get and very cheep ,i can get de classed fruit for next to nothing be it peach ,plum, apple, pear , corn is abundant here in all its forms!!!!
Any hoo i'm rambling lol. i'm looking forward to getting going in this hobby/adventure , no rush i have all the time i need.

So here to a new adventure !!!!
