Hi folks. Looking for a recommendation on a good book(s) for making sake. Lots out there and no way to tell the details/quality of any. Hopefully a book(s) you have tried that are geared towards folks like us home distillers who understand a lot about enzymes, fermenting, and batch processing. I want to start by making good sake and eventually work my way into rice vodka.
OVZ, I know you were working with rice for a time. Any thoughts?
Your input is appreciated.
