It was a bit mucky and smelly (Old syrup) but a good few rinses and a hard scrubadubdub soon sorted that out!

It's a 200L capacity so makes a perfect partner for my big stripper.

I've just dug out a 28mm valve to fit at the base, but Mrs Moose just came out and got a look, she's not too happy about having a "Fat White Tank" in the garden, so I'm going to have to get creative to make it blend in somehow...
Any suggestions?

I've seen some rain barrels painted in a garden by an artist.
If you're lucky to find an artist that likes your product, maybe you can barter.

Nice! The Federales come snooping, they'll walk right by it. You could put a decoy gutter downspout from the roof right up to the lid.

That’s a cool idea, Zach,
I’ve never come across handpainted barrels before.
I did a Distillery tour about 10 years ago, I bought a couple of cartons of handpainted bottles of them. I use them to bottle brandy for gifts.

You know what, she might be kinda happy with a pretty painted one like that, great shout Zach!
Now I just need to find an artist. Anyone got Banksy's number?
