Wine from Brianna

Post by subbrew »

Has anyone made wine from Brianna grapes? This is the first year I will have grapes from those particular vines. I planted them to blend with other whites but they were the first to start producing. I will have enough for a gallon or so.

My questions are:
About what brix should they be picked?

Any yeast suggestions?

Where did you grow them?

A brief description of the wine produced?

I've never worked with it but it sounded familiar.

It sounds interesting and might be a more suitable replacement for my reisling vines that I've had mixed luck with. Please keep us updated.
