if i can get some feedback....

I have gone with all copper design the metal spinning shop is quoting it now...if anybody has any commets..
there making the copper bowl and lid... its gona be $$$, i tossed between making it stainless or copper but...
im going to go with copper...

it will have a 280 Lt capacity "realisticly about 210 Lt"

i will be able to use it to prepare and malt corn/graine mash.
it has a doubble boiler which will be filled with food grade oil..
outer wall will be insulated..
will be able to cook on electricity, gas and wood.

if you have any sugestions or ideas id like to hear them before i tell em to spin it up...
