Just got back from Panama. When I left it was in the 50s here.
Came back to 30 inches on the ground. Should have around 60. Another storm tomorrow so may get there.

With, all the snow I have, I should start using it for ferments. Great marketing for "genuine great white north" whiskey. If you don't like it, you can take off eh. Distilled by real hosers. Bottle could be made to look like a touque.

Hahaha. It has to be two types of whiskey that are both double distilled and then blended. Then we can call it a double double.

Son of a gun!!! Just got 10" last week ...0-20° all week ..
Yesterday it was 57° and rainy mudhole ..Now today, 24° w/20 mph wind and SNOWING 1" per hr.
The rain yesterday kept road crews from pre-treating the area ..Traffic has all but stopped.
Can't hardly see your hand in front of you ..Gonna mix a hot tea and corn, add some honey and a piece of hard-rock candy and kick back for a minute.
I'm ready for summer.

I feel your pain. Its 67 out right now and all the leftover snow was melted away today! So cruising to work with the window down, loving the dose of spring time, my phone buzzed......what was it?

Winter weather advisory. Snow coming our way in the morning. I'm F*** dieing here! My new build has been done for weeks but It won't stay warm enough for the water hoses to thaw out! I haven't even been able to make a cleaning run yet!
But what the heck do I know.....I am still learning.

Yep, ditto in hills. The snow by itself is bad enough but the layers of ice and all the flooding, are what make it real bad here. Oh well, hoping for an early spring.
But, the good news on that, is my favorite limestone spring will be running hard and fast come time for cooking.

More sleet, freezing rain and 12" of snow.
On top of that the electricity went off. Had to fire up the propane generator.
I've been using the tractor with a frontend loader to clear the driveway and around the shop.
