I'm thinking ghost chilies (actually Dorset Nagas if I can ever get the damn things to produce) for the heat and spearmint for the cool and maybe some sugar or honey to give it a bit of sweetness, still in the planning phase so I'm open to ideas.

I've been trying to figure out a caption for this one. He sits like this all the time and used to be skinny til we got the other one which he had to bulk up to keep up with.

You bet. I love the beatles too. Here's one from me, Fender, Boogie, Paul, Jimi (blue and black painting from my daughter) and Lars (my dog). Gotta love a wall of tube amplification LOL.

Everyone guesses wrong. No not the Metallica drummer. I named him after Lars Frederiksen from Rancid. Love that band, SKA/Punk band.

I would have been wrong as well. Rancid is very high on my list as well. That's what I get for going with the obvious.

Just listened to a NPR report on barrel production in America. Independent Stave, the largest Cooperage on the planet says they could increase production 10 fold and still not keep up.

Anyone wanna partner up and start a cooperage?

Big fan, drove 12 hours round trip once to see them in Detroit.

RE: Cooperage, hell yes, lets do it. Koval told us at the class we took that they are backordered months on barrels. They been buying 500g stainless tanks to store their hooch in until the barrels show up. And they make lots of hooch, 2 runs a day 5000 liters wash each. They gotta be pissed no where to put all that.

My brother and I are looking for opportunities like this. Gonna have to start looking for land somewhere close to the oak.
CO would require too much shipping of raw material.
