Couldn't agree more Stonecutter, extremely helpful bunch of people on here more than generous with their knowledge and time. I can add from personal experience that if you genuinely need help or advice then it will be forthcoming. As SBB pointed out it becomes easier with a still in front of you so you have a physical reference as well.
Thanks to all that help, much appreciated

wanted to say a quick THANKS to everyone out here... the admins, mods, 'ol timers and even other noobs like me. a note about "completing" the reading task... i propose that the reading should NEVER end? ;-) no matter how good you are, how long you've been doin it... no matter if you're a helper & or a 'hater' (sorry, had to go there, too soon? ;->)... if you're a true "professional, "hobbyist" or not touched the art yet... there's always something new to learn! :-) ok, eyes have dried up now, time to make 'em bleed some more... ;-P)

thanks again to EVERYONE!! <3

Agreed Cob , even if 50% of Newbs read half of it they would be better off
If more did I think it would save many of thier ,problems and it would answer quite a few questions that they didn't know they had yet.

I've been kind of concerned that it has become outdated and should probably be replaced.

I still think it should be required reading for all new members.

Either or, It would probably be best to upgrade it but that would be a lot of work as well as take a moderator to amend the original post... not to mention the time it would take.
