How many here have quit smoking? How did you quit?

Little or nothing to do with distillation.

I kept reducing my nico intake by dropping from Marlboro red box to Lights to Ultralights then finally realizing I was smoking a LOT for no reason. That was in '94.
I still enjoy a cigar now and then but the cigarette habit is LONG gone.
