Ha! Cranky's Apple. Got a nice ring to it.

When Big Bob was still active on HD I was just starting at making spirits. I reached out and Bob was willing to meet with me. We lived in the same part of the SF Bay Area and met 1/2 way and had coffee a few times, talked distilling and traded spirits.
He gave me some of his Apple brandy to try. I was impressed with it and wanted to try my hand at some. I followed this thread and of course cranky’s Apple brandy thread. I want to tip my glass to Big Bob and Cranky for there help. I just bottled my Apple brandy From little over 2 years ago and it’s wonderful. Bob: I wish I could share a drop of this with you. I hope you are healthy and happily retired.
