I'm too new to be buddies yet, KS, but maybe someday. Been tendin' a spirit run all day myself. Working on a couple batches of birdwatchers, took down a little tree, cut and split wood. Damn, stillin' sure helps me get shit done around the house.

Pretty well did the same last spirit run; cleaned the wood shed, chopped and stacked the firewood, cleaned up around the yard bd.

Dont even start talkin bout cuttin wood. Thats all i been doin fer the last 3 weeks. got about 10 cords, need about 4-5 more. My bones hurt. I got into a nice bunch of oak the other day. think I got some decent aging sticks out of the deal when I split that stuff open, man did that smell good.

Damn, Mule, 15 cords to get you through the winter? Must be cold as hell where you reside. I feel good with 3 layed up.

RubberDuck: Did some time as a surveyor and some more time as an arborist, so no stranger to dropping trees. Never got to work around a drag line though, always sounded like an exciting job.
