till you have to start paying the property tax! Least in my area anyway.
I'm afraid I'll have to leave when I retire for the fear of things getting just too spendy.

mines runnin slower than smoke off shit.... im betting that HD's gonna be unavailable for a while pretty soon.
usually when mines this slow,, shortley after, its gone for a day.
