cant get apples.any recipes for cider brandy?

hi fellas. aquiring apples in quantity has become a nightmare.However, i CAN get enough cider to get a good start.. would like to try a apple cider ferment in a 6 gallon carboy, so i could use some recipes to ferment the cider to prep it for distilling. the batch size at ths point will be 5 gallons i figure this size batch for now will be good for perfecting a cider with a good abv. what will i need todo to accomplish ths goal? recipes and advice are very welcome and im grateful for all help... thanks guys..lightnin....
