I used to use this frequently for a cough remedy.
fill bottle 1/3 full with honey
fill the rest of the way with bourbon or tennesee whiskey. Cap and shake.
add a splash to tea with lemon, or sip from the bottle.
The honey will settle out, so mix it up before using.
