You have a whole 'nother set of problems if you need to ventilate alcohol vapors out of your stilling room/shed.
I think I get more noticeable aromas when I'm mashing than when I'm running my still. My ferments are vented outdoors via a length of hose through a hole in the sill next to the dryer vent.
Now that I'm retired, I can do my grain milling when the neighbors are at work and reduce the level of curiosity about my activities. Otherwise, I make and share just enough beer to keep the neighbors curiosity satisfied.

Make some spaghetti sauce on sat/sun when you’re running. The good kind with lots of garlic and good juicy fucking tomatoes. Trow some wine in the fucking pot too and bake some bread. Celebrate (not celibate!) a bit. You’ll be runnin all day so a potful of low and slow to fill the air is just what doctor jonny ordered. If you don’t know how to make the spaghetti sauce like this then you need to put up you still too.
