Ran all damn day and night a month ago to get ready for Christmas(corn flakes/all bran variant with a gallon of backset per fermenter then aged a week on jd oak chips after being cut to 100 proof then cut again to 90 proof after ageing.)haven't had any negative reviews from the old crow drinkers at all lol.

Welcome GaMountainMan! Red dirt, someone that will drink old crow could damn near drink most anything with no complaints! LOL!

Thanks flatwoods I was real close to Macon.I have studied the home site for about a month now and have a good grip on safety and all my cleaning runs and strip run.For now I am just kinda sitting back and reading just soaking up the info.Their is stuff that I understand today that I didn"t 2 days ago hahaha . I am working on a recipe hope to try it out in a few weeks and will let you know how she turns out.Any and all help is greatly appreciated.I have made wine for a while not prison hooch either hahaha, I have 5 gal of mango on 2nd racking this is going to be a very fine wine in about 15 months!!
