a back road tour to get some pressed apple juice from the Amish turned in to a close friend dropping by a couple bags of half rotten apples..go figure
i was gonna juice them and bring to a quick boil, cool and add ec-1118..
if there are any bugs or worms, would that yield nasty spirits? (assuming theres not an abundance of critters)
