What to do with White grapes

Aidas, if my interpretation skills are what I think they are, I believe that what Goose-eye is telling you is that in his neck of the woods, folks are just used to drinking clear spirits, no matter what the taste and that once you start colouring them up with char, wood, caramel, and the like, they become suspicious that you are trying to fool them into drinking low quality goods, just because you make them look like the regular store bought stuff.

Gooseye - I apologise if I have put the wrong interpretation on your statement.

Thanks pinto...I have a 3L jug of grappa laying around and will try putting some of those sticks......seems pretty good.... :D
