Yeah, pretty rare, considering that the Dutch are pretty much the best continental english speakers, so it's easy to communicate in English... I don't know if that characteristic is the same for Belgian flemmish, but I've noticed that in the Netherlands it's hard to find somebody who DOESN'T speak English. :)

I do have a friend who worked in IT in the Netherlands for 3-4 years before coming back to Lithuania to start his own IT company -- so he speaks Dutch quite well...

i import from the netherlands ,and some how things get lost in the translation....lol they speak english ok ,but us english is another story.
i get alot of yah yah and tisk tisk the nice lady in the office speaks well...oh yea when she walks across the room i hear her high heels clicking across the floor ......she must be hot...lol hard to tell on the phone
