I've got a jimbos ag still happily fermenting away, was hoping to run it today but it's still bubbling at a little more than 1. Can't wait to run it and see what the new setup will do, thinking about dropping a couple of plates and running with only three - but reading your results maybe only two?

Jimbo only runs 2 on his whiskies and seems to be pleased with the results.
