I have to say that I never knew how much time it took for beer to be drinkable and smooth. I thought that you fermented it and then drank the stuff. I didn't know that it needed a month in the bottle, then some time after that, then sacrifice a goat to the gods, make sure to wait after the second to last rain and then start in on it. I am still waiting for this sum bitch to "open up" so that I can enjoy a pint.
