Wouldn't be hard. There are plenty of calculators out there that will tell you the volume of a frustum. Once you know the dimensions you need for the volume you want you can scale the plans up. I would take a look at the size and gauge copper sheets you can get your hands on and factor that in when scaling. I took the plans to a printer and had them do the scaling and printing.

Yes.

Here’s a suggestion: you want to increase the volume from 12 gallons to 25 gallons, which is a scale up of 25/12 = 2.0833.
Now, since volume is a function of dimension cubed (X x Y x Z), you simply need to scale dimension by the cube root of 2.0833.

That is: 2.0833 to the 1/3 power, or (2.08333)^1/3 = 1.277. So, scale all dimensions up by 1.277.

Math, not so hard really. Good luck.

Could also multiply just the radii by √2.08 (1.5 would make 27 gallons if you want it easy).

I use a CAD software called Rhinoceros.

I Guess it wasn't the math that i was asking about, rather how to actually print the patterns at the larger size. I would prefer to print them here at home on my personal printer. honestly all i need are the frustum patterns. I am handy not techy lol

I'm sure there are ways to break it up into pages and tape them together. I don't know how and that is why I got them printed where they have a large enough printer.

However, there are lots of good videos and how to's on drawing a frustum. So maybe just do it old school by hand.

Taping the paper together was a pain! Get it printed if you can. I cut the individual components out of the paper, then optimized those on the copper sheet.

Yes I can do it on my CAD software. What you probably want is the top half and bottom half to be slightly different as the bottom you want a wider base for stability and the top you want to have the opening to handle the size of Lyne arm you want. I do the design in 3D this allows me to get a reading on the volume. I then do a layout of the 3D model that gives me a cut pattern. All that has to be added are the tabs sor soldering. From here what I do rather than print it out is add the dimensions (arc radius’s). Then I lay it out on large pieces of cardboard. This lets me build a model to make sure it is correct before building with copper.
