Peter at Oak Stills is great to deal with.
he'll mix and match and can custom make to your requirements.
Just be warned that the sea freight can take a while
some of my rig is local, but a lot came from Oak Stills

How does that air conditioning unit impact the running of that still blowing across the head? Or do you not run the AC if the still is working?

Not tried it actually, 3.5KW AC unit so with still pulling 7kw I'd be pushing the limits of the power supply
