Anyone else really into smoking meat?
I recently moved and decided to splurge and get myself a smoker, I've always wanted one. So I got a pit boss... man I love this thing. I find myself using it at every opportunity. Dogs? Let's smoke'em, brisket, pulled pork, steaks.... anything really. Can wait to smoke some apples for a brandy.
