Due to a bad situation I have very sudden been thrown into the hobby, I literally have all the gear and no idea!
I have lots of reading to be getting on with but please could someone help me know what I have before I go down the wrong path.
All im interested in at the moment is a quality clean neutral spirit, once I have that down I will look into gins and rums but theres no rush for that.
I was told I could distil all the bottle dregs (around 50l) from previously made and flavoured drinks so I had a go.
In the boiler, under 30% ditch the first 100ml and keep the rest.
What i have is at best 8l of 70% clear liquid which im unsure is safe so ive decided to abandon that and research!!
I will post a couple of pics, could anyone please advise if what's there is suitable for what I need or if I need to get anything else before wasting time and money.
Not a rush but I have 3x25l tubs of wash that's about a week in that I would rather not ruin if possible lol
