Haven't really had one recently. Most of the time lately my body tells me when to quit before I get too bad. Don't really feel bad the next day, just don't feel like doing anything. Many, many bad memories of my younger days though.

I always thought hangovers were inevitable when out for a night of drinks. Since I have started this craft and learned to make cuts (still learning, always learning), I have not had a single "hangover". Maybe a little thirsty, but not the days past hangovers I used to suffer when drinking commercial liquor. And I have admittedly had a night or two where I surpassed my point. I decided to try a few drinks from some cuts with,a little more heads. Wouldn't ya know it, without even drinking nearly as much, woke up with that headache, proving to myself that with the right cuts I do produce a good product! So long to commercial and hello to this wonderful craft!
