This is freakin' awesome googe! You have restored my faith in humanity. Well sort of anyway. I asked a question about two years ago concerning what you are doin' right now; Building a miniature dephlegmator/flute. I was almost shot out of the water by that question! But, enough dwelling in the past. You're living my dream man! Way to go. And if that sucker (or is it blower?) produces aprox. 1 liter/quart pr. hour, I could mosdef live with that! There's a dude on fleabay that sells cheap stainless flanges and triclamps (only 304 steel though). If you want I could throw you a link?

Looks great. Love the "pint sized" theme.
I promised some info, and here it is.
I usually use this seller for stainless stuff. They sell both 316 and 304 steel although most is 304. I'm ok with that. I use it for brewing setups.

Just take a search under the seller and marvel of the cheap stainless they got.
BTW I hope it's ok to link to sellers...
This is the post I wrote. I make it sound worse than it really is, I'm sure. At that time I agreed with the ones with experience, but was left wondering.

I just scored almost 4 meters of 54mm copper pipe with 2.2mm wall thickness for just under $50! Daddy's gonna play!

Thanks for the links digital plasma!, maybe people were a bit close minded back then with your idea!, lots has changed over the past few years, maybe you should revive it

. Pretty good prices for the clamps!, it's something I will consider!. Lol jedneck, my fingers are to fat to, I've come to a grinding halt, need to pull finger!. The boiler is a piece of 3" copper tube caped each end, holds about 200ml from memory.

Googe, you had me going from the first picture. I love it! You've got superb craftsmanship combined with only a few bucks in copper, and a fun little build that is going to look awesome as a nice display piece. Well done! Can't wait to see the finished micro-still. Take some pics with a neutral background so the viewer can't tell how big it is, then stick that Bic lighter in there for reference!
