possum's are pretty shy also. They actually are not too nasty (even though they have a HUGE mouth, full of nasty looking teeth). Possums are the funniest of things. A friend had his lab over last spring. The lab flushed out a possum (first I had EVERY seen here in town, but I know they are around), and was mauling the hell out of the critter (big fat possum, about 15 pounds or so). Possum was all wet with dog slobber, looked torn up, and DOA. Well, at least the dog thought so, and after a minute or so, simply gave up and found something else to do. Bout 2 minutes later, mr possum, simply rolled over back to its legs and ambled off. Probably not too much worse for the wear.

How about if Texas secedes and then Australia and Texas form a new nation? That has some pretty interesting possibilities... Just imagine the political conventions, those would be some fun times.

The Tiger is my favourite recipe and i find myself applying it to most of my life and my relationship with the world.

Chilli Galah

First shoot your galah and pluck and clean it.

Then take 5 habenero chillis
1 large onion, diced
salt & pepper
1 gallon water
1 large rock

Put everything in a pot and boil until the rock is soft.
Throw out the galah and eat the rock

My recipe for Chilli Galah is a little different. We use an axe head instead of a rock. Takes a little longer, but the extra wait is worth it.

We have a similar recipe for cooking carp. Put fresh carp filet on a cedar board and smoke in the smoker for 2 hours - throw away the carp and eat the board.

As to girls preferring metric lovers, I can't answer as the girls over here understand metric even less than I do - they tend to believe anythying you tell them anyway, which is pretty handy
