I love those condensers I'm wanting to build one for my boka that will soon be a lm/vm combo but I have a question. What keeps your liquid from pooling in the tee?

I have not had any pooling issues .. the rig does require it to be level... I guess if it wasnt level then pooling could become an Issue .. thanks thekubiaks for the kind words... actually Im in the process of building a 3 inch version with little different take on a few things ... I have added a sight glass .. pics .. soon .

So the new-mooonshiner has a new toy. I gotta say the work is amazing. Did you do it your self? Hows it work? How much did it cost you? Where can I get one? It is beautiful. If whoever built it isn't doing this for a living they should be.

Glorious build! Everything looked so damn pretty but out of all the copper porn there was never a pic of this beauty fully assembled. Can't really see it in that video very well either. NM or Xfab can you post a pic of this gorgeous beast fully assembled?

Dont think I have any more pics .. Im taking several along the way on this 3 inch model.. it has sight glass also and little different design.. yes I have done plumbing for last 20 years ther bouts.. hvac , service tech . guess you learn to plumb after few hundred compressors ..

when im doing my stripping run how hot should I set the temp. everything I read says just crank it up. please help as im filling my pot now. wouldn't I just crank it up until it hits 175f an try to hold it there?

What did you use for insulation? It looks like you used electrical tape to hold it in place?

EDIT: I just found your "Nomalock and Armaflex" insulation comment...did you use fusion tape to keep it all on there or something else?

elec tape.. I used the insulation on most all of the build for protection on most pieces, I can always remove it and still have my build intact dent free

That is truly a beauty-full still You build there. Do You have any idea of how much water You push thru the crossflow condenser and how much it can handle? (Kw)
I'm about to build a 3" condenser of that type which should be able to knock down 3Kw.

I dont think it would take a 3 inch model to knock down 3kw here is the pump I drive my rig with .. I did a build a 3 inch model of this condenser which ended up being over kill for my 3 inch VM/LM rig.
