I have just finished putting together one of pintoshines power controllers, it's all assembled up but not in any sort of enclosure yet, I have decided to fit a small Fan for extra cooling, the fan size is 80x80x25, but I cant seem to decide where to place all the components in the box.
Have anyone got any pictures of theirs to give me some ideas, If they wouldnt mind that is. it would be really helpful to me,

Thanks.

A cooling fan would definitely help... I have a controller that I built, similar to Pintoshines but, like you, I haven't finished the enclosure... I intend to use a PC cooling fan in mine because I used a CPU heat sink for my triac...

Just lay it out so you got maximum air flow across the heat sink on the triac.

My thought were to use the fan to suck/pull the heat away from the heat sink and components

Yup, suck the air out.
