From what I read, the valved system is easier to control and get the ratios
worked out. Does this make a difference to anyone?
Hopefully I can get comments if you've used either one.

Reflux still to build?
Id like to get comments on which reflux to build. I cant decide on the SR with valves form "Building a home distillation apparatus", kinda like Uncle Remus' still or the EL-2 design by Bokakob.
