using a amazing plastic still

I am new to distilling as my fiance is Czech. Can the amazing plastic still (one smaller plastic bucket with the mash inside a bigger bucket with lid and immersion heater) be used for distillation of plums to make slivovice (plum brandy)? Also using this method do you need to remove foreshorts as in normal didtillation as the author of the amazing plastic still says these are not present. If you do need to collect foreshots, how is it to be done. Please see attached PDF. Thanks for your help, Stueey :?

<Mod edit> attachment has been removed. HD does not want to link to terrible information such as that file. The rest of the thread is informational, as it gives better information, about not using that bucket contraption.

Not recommended. Don't waste your time with it.

You can build a much better (and safer) basic pot still for the about the same cost and effort.

An 'Amazing Still' will take days to do what a simple potstill can do in a few hours.
There really is no easy way to make cuts with an A.S.. You would need to start and stop distillation several times to come close.

Thank you for your advice. Please can you recommend a small distiller I can buy in the UK that is very discreet.

If you rest in the UK, let's have a look to portugese stills like Alquitaras.
They ship in the whole Europe...
