Hey there,

I have now done a couple strip runs with my ujsm, Can anyone tell me if the spirit run (finished product) tasted anything like the 'strip'. Because the strip too me doesnt taste anything like bourbon. Yes, i realise it hasnt been oaked or aged yet. Though I can taste a slight corn flavour. I hoping Im still on the right track. cheers.
