New distiller, finally ready to splurge on a reflux still.

So ive been passively reaserching distilation for about a year, and im finally ready to get in the game my self. I will be doing this for fuel, and will have a permit before i purchase. But i have a few questions. i have my eye on this product:

My questions are:
~Can i get a still with these specs( 95% output, 8 gallon boiler) for cheaper?
~What is the best yeast for price that you can get online? Ive heard about 100 suggestions, but never anything to back them up

And on a totally different note:
~What is (in your opinion) the best tasting alcoholic drink that can be made with only a fermenter?
