Have the cash, want to build a reflux still

I have the money needed now for a still (~350-400$), and have heard talk about "VM or vapor management" stills. im content to do my own research, but im at a loss for where i can find a lot of good info on vm stills, i can only ever find bits and pieces.
A quick second question, what is the cost on the tower for one of these bad boys? And if its different than the source requested, where can i find a parts list, or at least a general cost for the tower?
