Gotta love this time of year.If ya like using fruits.Just got ahold of some peaches.There over ripe and perfect for fermintin. Gonna freeze them before mashing them in wash .Think ill add some of the spent wash from the honey run as well.I sure love this hobby
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper
